Program Partner Options
Fall Recruitment Envelope | $5,000 – $1,250
20,000 envelopes will be distributed to potential new families at recruitment events throughout the Lower Peninsula of Michigan. The purpose is to provide new parents with a packet for all their joining information in the fall. Ad space may be purchased as the full panel, half-panel or quarter panel. In addition to the ad on the folder, you can also provide an insert up to 8.5” X 11” to be included in each packet.
Full panel (5” X 6” approximately) | $5,000
Half panel (2.5” X 6” approximately) | $2,500
Quarter panel (2.5” X 3” approximately) | $1,250
You would be responsible for providing artwork by June 30.
E-newsletter | $250
One dedicated e-Mail promotion of your Scouting specific event (state wide) (over 34,000 subscribers) with link to registration and other event information. E-mail will be sent to contact for review and approval. E-mail subscribers include Scouting leaders and families throughout the lower peninsula of Michigan.
Roundtable Flyer | $250
Each month there are local meetings of unit leaders called Roundtables. There are 28 of these meetings each month. Your company’s flyer or brochure will be made available for all leaders in attendance (50 leaders at each, total potential each month is 1,400 leaders). Your company is responsible for the printing, we’ll provide the access. This fee can be waived if MCC gets a percentage back on the ticket sales.
