One highlight of Scout Day at the Capitol is the opportunity for Scouts across Michigan to represent the Michigan Crossroads Council as a Delegate to present the report of the council to Legislators and Government officials outlining the impact that Scouting has on young people. The Scout Day at the Capitol Delegation will include selected Scouts from all programs within the BSA.  Delegates must be registered members of the Michigan Crossroads Council, Boy Scouts of America.
