What is the 9-11 Community Day of Remembrance and Scout Salute? This annual event now in its 22 year is an opportunity for families and communities to come together to remember and honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, as well as to thank and honor our Military, Veterans, Police, Fire, and EMS personnel. Over the past few years, additional locations throughout the state have been added as the event has grown.
Ways you can Participate: You and your unit can participate in one of our in-person locations or you may choose to organize and participate on your own at a location convenient to you. Additionally, we are offering a virtual option through our social channels for you to participate from wherever you are.
