Ages: 11-17 (plus leaders)

Scouts BSA Resident camp is a week-long experience for Troops, Crews, and Ships (not just Scouts BSA!) that includes all of the amazing outdoor experiences that you envision at camps.  Shooting sports, swimming, boating, climbing, metal working, outdoor skills — you name it, we have a camp that has it.

Scouts BSA Resident camp can be attended with a unit (Troop/Crew/Ship), but if a Scout would like to attend alone, we have a Provision Scout program.  This great for Troops that do not plan to attend camp this year, or for Scouts that want to attend a second (discounted!) week.

Ages: 5-10 (plus leaders/parents)

Cub Scout camp is a great way for Cubs to be introduced to camping.  Our programs are age-appropriate and are the perfect length (2-3 nights, depending on age level) for first-time (and repeat!) campers.  Cubs will experience fun and adventure, including BB gun shooting, archery, swimming, crafts, and other outdoor skills. (Activities vary by camp).

Have an older Cub Scout (10 or older)?  They can take part in a special week of camp with our Wilderness Explorer Programs.  These camp experiences are for ages 10-14 and introduce Scouts to what Scouts BSA camp is like.  Activities are geared towards the 10-14 year old range, so everyone has fun exploring!

Ages: 5-10 (plus parents)

Cub Scout family camp is another great way for Cubs to be introduced to camping.  Families register themselves and attend the camp session of their choice; they participate in all of the traditional and age-appropriate Cub Scout camping activities (similar to Cub Scout Resident/Overnight camp), but with their parents instead of their leaders.  Tip:  Register for the same session as another family you know for extra fun!

Ages: 5-10 (plus leaders/parents)

Cub Scout Day Camp allows Cubs to experience all of the activities of traditional camp without the overnight experience.  Sometimes driving to one of our camps is just not possible; our Day Camps are held at various locations around the state that are local and convenient to people.  Each Day Camp is different, and each year they follow a different theme, but they will often still offer traditional activities like archery, BB guns, and outdoor skills.

Ages: 13+

Great Lakes Sailing Adventure is a unique opportunity for high adventure right here in our own state of Michigan. The Retriever, a 52′ ketch, is an offshore sail training vessel where youth will learn the fundamentals of sailing, including sail trim, helmsmanship, navigation,  marine safety and skills used by seasoned sailors!  Crews are typically up to 10 youth and 2 adults and sail 5-6 nights on our wonderful Great Lakes.

Ages: varies by program, but typically 13-14+

Whether you are looking to take part in a national High Adventure (Sea Base, Northern Tier, Summit Bechtel, or Philmont) or something right here in Michigan, we have you covered.  High Adventure provides exactly that — adventure at a higher level than typical Troops experience.  Designed for older Scouts BSA/Venturers/Sea Scouts, the programs require a higher level of fitness but provide lasting memories.  Right here in Michigan we provide a 50 miler experience (paddling and hiking), a Kayak adventure at Pictured Rocks, and an ATV experience.  Choose your adventure today!
