We have what you need to plan a successful year!

From calendars to resources to Facebook ads to flyers — we have what you need to reach out to more and more families and keep them engaged with an exciting program!  Here are a few of the resources we recommend:

  • Membership Recruitment Page:  Tools, printable flyers & cards, videos and social media resources, and resources you can give your parents.
  • Flyer, Social Media Ad, and Custom Video Request form: This form allows you to request all three items in one to promote your Join Night.  Flyers are a fantastic way to reach out to students (drop them at the school, if permitted, and they will be distributed to students).  Custom videos can be posted and shared in social media advertising your Join Night.  Social Media ads (aka “Geofencing”) are Facebook Events that are made into targeted ads in your community.
  • Membership Fee Updates and FAQ: The MCC page that explains the fee updates that took effect August 1, 2023.  Explains how rechartering will be handled this fall and coming years.  Includes new fees and payment structure.
  • MCC Program Planning Page:  Includes the 2023-2024 Program Planning guide and other resources for planning meetings and running a unit (budget guides, meeting planning ideas, Troop Program Features (online version — all of your meetings planned for you!) and more!
  • 2023-2024 Printable Program Planning Guide: PDF version of the Event Calendar.
  • Program Resources Page: Links to other resources for the Cubmaster and Scoutmaster to plan an amazing program.
  • Leaders Page:  Links to lots of resources that are useful for leaders of all types!
  • Rechartering Page:  More than just rechartering (registration) — this page has a lot of resources that make the Committee Chair’s job easier. Guides on how to update you BeAScout pin, how to use My.Scouting to see rosters and training, and more.
  • Scout Life Planning Calendar: Fillable calendar for the year that includes monthly themes.
  • Scout Life Religious Observances Calendar: Make sure you incorporate this list into your unit program.
